What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns on hair accessories. However, if you have any questions or issues with your product, please reach out to us. We're happy to help you!
Can I wash my headbands?
We recommend washing headbands by hand in cool water and letting them air dry.
Are the Bows removable?
All bow scrunchies have removable bows so they can be worn with or without.
Why are so many items marked "SOLD OUT"?
Most items sell out fast, and we can only make so many at a time. We will restock popular prints at random and release new prints every Monday. Stay on top of the latest sales by following us on Instagram for reminders.
Will this headband fit my head?
All headbands are made about 20 inches around for the perfect fit. The soft and stretchy material allows for comfort without a tight squeeze on your head. All adult headbands fit roughly ages 12- Adult
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes! If you are looking to order 5 or more of the same product, fill out our Bulk Order Request form in the Contact tab. Whether you want to give out scrunchies as a party favor or match headbands with your group of friends, this is the perfect thing for you!
